Job Details : Kolkata Port Trust invites applications for recruitment of Fire Engine Driver cum Pump Operator, Junior Engineer at Kolkata Port Trust, Kolkata, West Bengal from the eligible candidates

Fire Engine Driver cum Pump Operator - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination. Must possess a Certificate of training in Fire Fighting from a recognized Institution / centre.
(iii) Must possess valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence for at least 5 years. Must be able to maintain log book and other relevant records. Must have sufficient knowledge of operations and maintenance of different Fire Pumps, Equipments, Appliances and manoeuvering of Foam Crash Tender. Must possess a sound health. Must be able to conduct, supervise & attend different fire drills and parades.
Experience : Must have at least 6 years’ experience in Fire Fighting work in any recognized fire service, out of which at least 2 years’ experience in driving various Fire Appliances, like Crash Tender & Jeep Fire Tender.
Pay Scale : Rs.16300-38200/-P.M.
Age Limit : 36 Years

Junior Engineer Grade-I - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed Madhyamik or its equivalent examination and possess an L.C.E. Diploma.
Experience : Should have at least 5 years’ experience in Civil Engineering Works.
Pay Scale : Rs.23600-56300/-P.M.
Age Limit : 35 Years
