Job Details : Spices Board invites applications for recruitment of Deputy Director, Scientist, Statistical Assistant at Spices Board, Kochi, Kerala from the eligible candidates

Deputy Director (Accts) - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed 1. CA / ICWA / CFA or MBA (First Class) with specialization in Financial Management from a recognized University/Institution 2. At least 5 years experience in supervisory capacity preferably in Finance / Accounts / Audit.
Pay Scale : (PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Age Limit : 40 Years

Deputy Director (Aud & Vig) - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed 1. CA/ ICWA /CFA or MBA (First Class) with specialization in Financial Management from a recognized University/Institution 2. At least 5 years experience in supervisory capacity preferably in audit
Pay Scale : (PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Age Limit : 40 Years

Scientist B (Plant Breeding) - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed 1. Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture with specialisation in Plant Breeding or Post Graduate Degree in Botany with specialisation in Plant Breeding/ Genetics / Taxonomy / Cytology / Plant physiology from a recognised university. 2. Should have a 7 OGPA/10 or 70% marks in Post Graduation.
Pay Scale : (PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit : 40 Years

Scientist B (Chemistry) - 02
Qualification : Candidate should have passed Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry (Pure Chemistry/Applied Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Natural Product Chemistry) from a recognized university with minimum 7 OGPA out of 10 or 70% marks..
Pay Scale : (PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit : 35 Years

Statistical Assistant - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed 1. First Class Post Graduate Degree in Statistics/Agricultural Statistics from a recognized University. 2. Computer knowledge and familiarity with software tool for statistical design/ analysis, word processing and Electronic worksheet.
Pay Scale : (PB-1) Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2800/-
Age Limit : 35 Years

Application Fee and Mode of Remittance : Rs.200/- for SC, ST, PH, Ex-serviceman, Female candidates and Rs.400/- for others. Fee is Non-refundable Application fee has to be remitted only through Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Secretary, Spices Board payable at Cochin, Kerala
