Job Details : Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS) invites applications for recruitment of Academic Consultants at Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS), Ernakulam, Kerala from the eligible candidates.

Academic Consultants

Disaster Management - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed PG/M.Tech – Civil Engineering/Earth Science/Meteorology/ Physical Oceanography/Geography/Geology/Geotechnical Engineering/Earth quack Engineering/MBA Disaster Management.
Experience : 15 years experience – Marine/Natural hazard /Landslide / Cyclone Disaster Management

Climate Science - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed M.Sc. Physics/Atmospheric Survey/Environment/Climatology/ Physical Oceanography.
Experience : 15 years experience – Climate Modeling/Predictor/Structural/ Confrontational Oceanography

Marine Microbiology and Marine Drugs - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed PG in Microbiology/Marine Microbiology or Mari Biology with Ph.D in Marine Microbiology/Marine Biotechnology
Experience : 15 years experience – Aquatic Microbiology especially in biometrically important microbes

Biotechnology and Bioinformatics - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed PG in Biotechnology or Life Science with Ph.D in Biotechnology
Experience : 15 years experience in teaching/Research in Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Molecular biology/Aquaculture biotechnology

Integrated Coastal Zone Management - 01
Qualification : Candidate should have passed M.Tech./M.E./M.Sc./Ph.D in Mari science/Coastal Zone Management / Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Coastal Engineering / Harbour Engineering/Coastal Oceanography/ Remote Sensing
Experience : 15 years experience at any one of the above area. Proven record of curriculum development, Co-ordinating Academic progress/Teaching Research activities pertaining in any of the above area.
