Job Details : Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) invites applications for recruitment of Teaching Posts at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad, Telangana from the eligible candidates.
Professor (Urdu - 1, Arabic - 1, Political Science - 1, Sociology - 1, History - 1, Physics -1, Chemistry -1, Botany -1, Mass Communications and Journalism - 1, Business Management/Commerce -1 and Distance Education – 1.)
Education : An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
Experience : A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.

Education : Candidate should have passed Ph.D. in Physical Education.
Experience : Experience of at least ten years as University Deputy Director of Physical Education or fifteen years as University Assistant DPEs / College (Selection grade). Participation in at least two national/international seminars/conferences.

Education : Candidate should have passed Good academic record with a Ph.D Degree in the concerned / allied / relevant disciplines. A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading systems is followed) in relevant subject.
Experience : A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and / or research in an academic / research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution / industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and minimum of 5 publications as books and / or research / policy papers.

Education : Candidate should have passed Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading systems is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

Education : Candidate should have passed Master Degree from a recognized University with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects: PGT (Hindi) – Hindi PGT (Chemistry) – Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry PGT (Geography) – Geography PGT (Political Science) – Political Science. B.Ed. or equivalent degree from recognized university.

Head Master (TGT Grade) - 01
Education : Candidate should have passed Graduate with 50% Marks. B.Ed. /B.Sc. Ed/B.A. Ed. Competence to Teach through Urdu. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Experience : At least five years regular service as Primary Teacher.
Age Limit : 40 Years
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Hindi -1, English-2 and Social Studies - 1
Education : Candidate should have passed Four years integrated degree course in Teacher’s Training with an aggregate of 50% marks like B.A. Ed. or B.Sc. Ed. of NCERT. OR Graduate/Post Graduate with 50% marks in the subjects concerned and B.Ed. degree with 50% marks. For TGT (Hindi): Hindi as an elective subject at Degree level. For TGT (English): English as an elective subject at Degree level. For TGT (Social Studies): Any two of the following at Degree level. History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Sc of which one must be either History or Geography. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
Age Limit : 35 Years
Primary Teacher (PRT) - 02
Education : Candidate should have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent; and Diploma or Certificate in Basic Teacher’s Training of duration of not less than two years; OR Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
Age Limit : 30 Years
Application Fee for Professor, Director, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor: The filled-in application form along with copies of required documents together with registration fee of Rs.500/- for General & OBC candidates through crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad, on any Nationalized Bank payable at Hyderabad. The filled-in applications should reach through Speed/Registered post to the Asst. Registrar, ER-I Section, Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Gachibowli, Hyderabad – 500 032 (A.P.) on or before 24.11.2014. SC/ST/PWD and Women candidates do not have to pay the registration fee.
