Job Details : Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (CMET) invites applications for recruitment of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (CMET), Hyderabad, Telangana from the eligible candidates.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Education : Candidate should have passed M.Sc in Physics/Chemistry/Applied Sciences with NET qualification or M.Tech in Materials Science/Nano-science/ Nanotechnology/ Instrumentation Desirable: Knowledge in the synthesis, crystal growth, semi-conductors, nano-materials, Instrumentation, computing areas.
Pay Scale : INR INR 16000/- Per Month + 30% HRA
